ALEX POTANOS | CLIENT ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Alex has been part of the heartbase team for 5 years. As a client accounts manager, he is committed to ensuring that heartbase users are able to use the heartbase software to achieve all of their hospital’s goals. He is actively looking forward to being able to travel again, so he can resume meeting with heartbase clients across the country.
Fun Fact: Alex always has a good podcast to recommend. Current Favorites are Spooked, The Bechdel Cast, and Ringer Baseball.
MICHAEL LIZER | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Michael has been with heartbase since 2017. During his time with heartbase, Michael has overseen implementations at 50+ hospital sites and has been integral in the development of key heartbase projects, including the hbAnalytics Dashboard platform, and dozens of custom registries and reports.
Fun Fact: Michael is a certified sommelier (wine dork).
CARMEN ERNST | DIRECTOR OF TRAINING & CLINICAL SUPPORT
Carmen is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience working with registries and has been helping heartbase clients since 2000.
Fun Fact: Carmen loves to travel. In 2019, she rode a camel and slept overnight on the Sahara Desert!
SOPHIA GAWRIT | SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Sophia has been a part of the heartbase team since 2022. In her two years as a sales & marketing associate, Sophia has assisted with marketing campaigns, event planning, and as a digital marketer to communicate the latest developments and updates to users.
